The staffs are very friendly and helpful, I lost our phone on the taxi and they are very supportive to check the camera, contact the police and taxi driver. Finally, the phone is returned. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff with excellent manners and services. Very good breakfast and always supportive staff at the front desk. Also, a good location with spacious rooms.

The breakfast was more than decent, and the location of the hotel was very convenient for me, so I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed 4 days, during the stay there wasn't any problem. Room was comfortable and had everything i need (public Laundry room, iron, usb charger, decent wifi, comfortable bed). Breakfast was also okey 8/10 scores. Definitely will stay here again, if you come to Qingdao again.

Location was central CHengyang, the Breakfast was decent altho they had no drinking water. Room was a little overpriced but the bath more than made up for it
